It was good but once went it with a friend and was asking for the “Just the two of us” deal and the person that was taking the order couldn’t find it for like 10 minutes and had me standing there while she was trying to find it but over all good

Had issues last time I ordered, management got in touch and apologised, offered me free chips next time, I didn't claim them because the manager was very apologetic, but had issues again today, they forgot 2 of the toppings for my pizza, I shouldn't have to double check my order everytime, and I live over 10 mins away so I'm not going back now. It really is a pity because the food is nice, but I might try somewhere else next time

Response from the owner

Hi Michael, Thank you for your message, we are sorry to hear that your order was incorrect. As our stores are managed by individual franchisees, the store manager will need to look into your query. Pizza is good, but they are only willing to deliver when it suits them. We live outside town, and delivery is no problem when either ordering on a Tuesday or when the food order is over €100, but they are completely unwilling to deliver when 'only' placing a food order worth about €30. It should be noted that they charge an extra €18 to deliver to our house, regardless of the order value, which we are always happy to pay. The last straw was this evening - I will not be ordering here ever again.
